First off…I am so sorry for totally going MIA. I had a friend/family emergency, which stretched out longer than I anticipated. My darling friend who is recovering and doing much better than the initial prognosis, lives about 5 states away, and is in the dark ages. She has dial up…no cable, etc etc. So I haven’t been able to really log in, plus playing nurse kept me extra busy. Needless to say, I have to play catch up with work, and a few other things not regarding work. Summer is still in full swing, with the holiday weekend and family being in town etc etc…It may take me a few weeks until I am blogging again. So i would like to say thank you to the individuals who have been so kind to me as a burgeoning blogger such as, Journey Lorakeet, Applonia Criss, Faint Paulse, Marcantonio, Tanaquil Beaumont, Steffy Ghost, Luana, The Glam Affair team, Flickr supporters, and everyone who takes a look at the blog, and my in world friends…who have put up with numerous crashes, photo-taking pissy behavior, lack of responses to im’s…and of course being MIA.
I should be back blogging a bit later in September or October. I have also decided while I have been gone, not to take any more promo copies. Given my track record I think designers deserve someone who is a complete professional regarding their blogging activities.
Okay so two things this week, I will have two friendship pose sets at Fashionably Late, priced at 50L, and will include a copy version and a trans version. So you can give one to a friend, these were inspired by my friend Journey Lorakeets vision, and have been featured in my blog.
Two, my little store is having a sale. All pose sets are 50L, and single poses are 10L. There is also an almost freebie located in the store, so you will have to tp in to find it. The sale will last from September 4th – September 11th.

When I joined SL over 4 years ago, this was the very first item I wanted to make. Imagine my surprise and dismay when I found out the hard way that it was very difficult, if not impossible with the building tools at the time, and I was never satisfied with texture boots that had to have shoe prims stuck on.
Since then, we’ve had some technology updates with sculpties coming onto the scene in 2008, but still, I never liked how sculpty thigh boots broke at the knees and ankles. Now finally with SL’s new “Mesh” technology, I can have my dream thigh boots. They are slim, they are very sexy, they are available now in 10 goooorgeous colours at the Slink Mainstore!
I have provided FOUR sizes to fit 4 body archetypes, and there is an information notecard contained within describing how you can obtain a custom fitting if it’s required

These boots require a mesh compatible viewer such as Viewer 3. At this time, Cool VL Viewer and Firestorm are the TPV’s capable of displaying meshes. I have a pair rezzed in the store, if you see an oddly textured prim, you need an up to date viewer!

Project Themeory is a weekly event where every Saturday at 12:00am SLT a group of designers will place an item corresponding to a theme at the main entrace of their store for 75L, it will remain there until 11:59pm SLT that Sunday, these will be brand new items and only marked down to 75L for those two days. Every week of the month we will feature different designers, different themes, and different items.
This week’s Project Themeory theme is “Let’s go the Fair,” but instead of going to the fair, you get to bring some of the fair home to you in the form of the new “Country Fair Lemonade Stand.”
You remember those end of summer days that you spent at the local fair, right? Running around with your friends, riding all the rides until the point of exhaustion and then going to get an ice cold glass of freshly squeezed lemonade… that sweet yet bitter taste washing all of that exhaustion away and recharging you for more fun. Well now you can have your very own lemonade stand right at home.
The “Country Fair Lemonade Stand” features lemonade stand, with 3 sits (sits up to 2 people), 2 stools each with 4 different sits (one for behind the stand and one for your lazy customers to sit on) and accessories shown (lemon jar, lemonade pitcher and glasses). Lemonade pitcher even dispenses a wearable glass of lemonade!
